makes sence. on the note of silly string and super soaker snipers - people dont like to get wet uninvited, i know from experience. silly string is easy to discard from your person and doesnt effect your person after the attack. and silly string isnt cumbersome in heat or cold, is it? you jsut get hit and peal it off.

No Silly String, this isn't a LNT event but I would absolutely HATE you if it was my party and you had that crap everywhere.
Scavenger hunts are always cool.
Signs work great with random wierd stuff
Free Hug Mob.
Flash MOBs - pirate attacks work great there, "raid" places and put flags, random wierd signs in unexpected places, staged meets in the middle of dance floors,
secret bracelets given out with messages to people to return for prizes.
Random acts of pronoia with labelled items with wierd messages on them
